  The Advanced Excel Course for Experienced Users is designed for experienced Excel users who would like to explore the program’s full range of features in greater depth. You will learn how to use complex formulas and functions through clear, practical examples.

  In the Advanced Excel Course for Experienced Users you will learn how to use Excel efficiently, leveraging its extensive range of functions. Excel offers a variety of features for tackling complex tasks: you can select and evaluate lists in numerous ways, link tables and files together, exchange data with other programs, and much more. This seminar is designed for advanced Excel users and provides in-depth knowledge.

  Note: The language of instruction and the software language are English.

  The course is suitable for the following versions: Excel 2016 / Excel 2019 / Excel 2021 / Excel 2024 / Excel 365.

  • Working with structured tables
  • Introduction to data analysis using PivotTables
  • Working with data lists: filtering (AutoFilter and Advanced Filter), sorting, and analyzing data in tables
  • Special features such as conditional formatting, data validation, and custom number formats
  • Understanding and adjusting important default settings as needed
  • Overview of file formats and compatibility issues
  • Working with nested functions
  • Error checking and troubleshooting formulas
  • Dynamically consolidating data from multiple sources into a single list using VSTACK
  • Creating drop-down lists using data validation
  • Automating data entry with form controls
  • Creating complex nested functions with the help of AI (Gemini or ChatGPT) and using them in Excel
  • Tips and tricks
  • Optional: multiple operations and Goal Seek (What-If Analysis)
  • Creating and editing complex charts and saving them as chart templates
